First of all, you have to decide whether you wish to purchase the terminal as your own or only rent it?
1. I would like to purchase a terminal
To order a terminal, contact the sales department via the demand form on the Dotypay website – Are you interested in a payment terminal? You can also call 222 264 278 or order a terminal in the e-shop.
The price of the Dotypay terminal is CZK 6,990 (without VAT).
To use the payment functions a request must be submitted. We will send you the activation data or help you with the activation after approval.
2. I would like to rent a terminal
To arrange terminal rental, contact the sales department via the demand form on the Dotypay website – Are you interested in a payment terminal? or by calling 222 264 278.
Our specialists will contact you and fill out the request for payment services with you. Once you have been approved, the payment terminal will be delivered to the agreed address, the activation data will be sent to you, or we will activate the terminal with you.
The monthly rental fee is not set as a fixed charge, but as a minimum monthly fee. If this amount is covered by transaction fees, the minimum fee is considered paid in full and no additional rental charge is applied.
Example:
With a minimum monthly fee of CZK 350 and a transaction fee of 0.99%, if your monthly turnover processed through the terminal exceeds approximately CZK 35,500, the minimum monthly fee is fully covered by transaction fees. In this case, you do not pay the CZK 350 minimum fee and the terminal is effectively free of charge for that month.
If your monthly turnover is, for example, only CZK 30,000, the difference up to the minimum monthly fee will be charged, i.e. CZK 53, so that the total reaches CZK 350. The additional charge always depends on the actual turnover processed through the payment terminal.
