This feature is only available to Manager users. It serves to return the payment back to the card, with the procedure being identical to the sale function.
After clicking 1 Return, enter the amount to be refunded and select 2 Next. A screen will appear asking you to use a payment card (to refund the amount to the cardholder’s account). The cardholder applies, inserts or swipes it. After a few seconds, a receipt is printed on the successful or unsuccessful completion of the transaction.If you need to print the receipt again, use 3 Print a copy or return to the main screen by clicking 4 Close, or wait, the application will automatically return to the main application screen (after 10 seconds).
