The Dotypay portal offers a number of functions, of course there is data editing, creating outlets, submitting applications, you can also use the portal to track turnover at your terminals, transactions for individual days with a detailed overview of the cards used (can be exported in Excel) and in the Dashboard section you can find graphs and transaction statistics. We also prepare for you performance analyses of individual terminals at your various locations, which you will be able to compare in real time or with historical data.

Dotypay Portal - Dashboard

1 Dashboard

In the section you can find e.g. graph of total sales or graph of transaction types, the graphs serve as comprehensive reports. For more information, see the chapter Dashboard.

2 Transactions

Click to go to list of transactions. You can filter the transactions or view their details. For more information, see Transactions.

3 Batches

In this section you will find a list of your batches made on each terminal. For more information, see Batches.

4 Branches

In this section you have the possibility to edit the details of your branche or create a new one. For more information, see Branches.

5 Devices

Click to see list of devices. You can click on individual devices, find out the activation PIN for the device or apply for activation of meal voucher cards. For more information, please refer to Devices.

6 Services

In this section you can view a list of already created requests (edit them, upload supporting documents, check the status) or submit a new application. For more information, see Services.

7 Company

Click to display the company profile where you can edit the data and click is 1 Save.


8 Customer

Click to display the Edit profile and Logout options.
In the profile, you can edit the user information (first name, last name, phone, email) and save the changes by clicking 1 Save.


Or click on 2 Change Password to open the password change form, you must enter your current password and then enter your new password twice and click on 3 Save.

9 Language

Click to display a list of available languages for changing the page language. The choices are English, Slovak and Czech.
