Instructions

1. Open the cover for inserting the thermo disc by lifting the cap located on the top of the device and sliding it backwards.
2. Insert the thermo disc into the compartment as shown in the pictures.
3. Pull the paper so that it protrudes from the terminal and close the cover.
4. Push both upper corners of the cover so that they click into position.

*When inserting a new 57 × 40 mm thermal disc, roll off approximately 4 cm of paper and tear it off smoothly after the cover is snapped on.

If you see an orange icon in the top bar, the printer has not detected the roll. Check that it is properly inserted.

Print test

If your payment terminal doesn’t print, you can try a print test before contacting Dotypay customer support.

1. Hold the power button until the menu window appears, then select 1 Control Center.
2. Then click 2 Hardware Asisstant.

3. In the menu, select 3 Print.
4. Click 4 Test. If a test ticket comes up, the printer is functional.
