You can either activate the terminal yourself using the instructions below or contact Dotypay Customer Support to arrange an appointment for assistance with activation.
In the case of rental, you may receive an already activated terminal. You will know that the terminal is active when you switch it on in the Menu of the home screen. Click on the 3 commas in the top left corner to display the options bar. If the terminal is active, company name or entrepreneur is displayed next to the icon, otherwise, Demo company is displayed. To deactivate it, just select 1 Logout and proceed according to chapter Terminal activation – instructions.
