Clicking on the 3 lines symbol in the upper left corner will display the 1 Menu of the application with these options:
- 2 Transaction – overview.
- 3 Settlement list – a list of currently open intervals and already closed intervals for the selected period.
- 4 Support – contacts and terminal information.
- 5 About – actual version.
- 6 Change password
- Log out – click to log out of the application.
The 1 Transactions section contains data on all transactions processed by the application. It also contains the total amount of transactions for the selected period, you can find it at the bottom of the screen.
Transactions can be filtered by date using the 2 Filter button in the upper left corner. Please select a date (from-to) before clicking this button. Click on 3 transaction to display transaction detail, at the same time you can 4 * Print a copy* of the transaction receipt.
The section contains a list of performed settlements on the terminal. By clicking on 1 Unclosed Settlement, the details of the current closing date will be displayed, it is possible to print the X report or the Z report and thus close the interval. Using the 2 Filter, the time span for displaying already created closures can be changed.
Click on the 3 selected closing to see its detail and 4 *Print a copy *.
In the section 1 Support you will find information about the device and contacts for Dotypay support. Also here you can 2 Connection test.
A window will appear with information about the success or failure of the operation, close the table by clicking 3 OK.
You can get to the 1 About section via the Application menu, where you can find the current version of the terminal.
If you do not like the default password (Cashier0000 and Manager 1111), you can change it in the 1 Change password section. Just choose 2 Role for which you are changing the password, choose 3 password (1x old password and 2x new password) and click on 4 Save.
