Terminal activation – instructions

If you have a terminal connected to the internet, inserted reel and a payment card ready, you can proceed to activation.

Deactivation Demo version

1. On the Launcher home screen, click the 1 Menu button on the top left.
2. In the list, select 2 Subscribe.

3. Confirm activation by clicking 3 Deactivate.
4. The Activate screen will appear. Enter your Number and Activation PIN (you received in the email/possibly provided by a Dotypay customer support representative). Click on 4 Activate.

5. You can also use the QR code for activation. When you click on 5 Activate using QR code, the device will turn on the camera, which you can then point at the QR code for activation, which can be found on the Dotypay portal in the section Device.

6. Uncheck GDPR and GDPR. Click on 8 Continue.

*Click on the 6 and 7 arrows to read the Terms of service and Privacy policy.

7. Wait for downloading and installing applications.
8. You will see the Launcher home screen. The Dotypay icon will be added to the applications offered, allowing you to accept card payments. At the top of the screen you will see information about the new configuration, click on 9 Apply on the right.

9. The terminal is activated, you can go to the application 10 Dotypay to accept card payments.
