Answers to F&Q about payments.

What to do if,…

I have accepted a card payment, but the money has not yet arrived in my account?

The funds are disbursed to your bank account in* the Czech Republic within D+3 business days* and in Slovakia within D+1 business day from the date of payment.

Schema D+3

If 3 business days have passed and you have not received the transactions in your account, please contact customer service at +420 222 264 278.

Payments do not come from the customer’s account, but all of them come from the same account. How should I process these payments in bookkeeping?

That’s correct, according to your choice from the application for payment services, statements will be sent by e-mail (daily/monthly). In the statements, the accounts from which the payments arrived are assigned to the payments. These statements are completely valid for accounting purposes.

I don’t know my deducting fees?

Payments will be sent to your account once a day as a summary (not by individual transaction). This amount is already net of transaction fees. If you have further questions, please contact Dotypay Customer Support.

I didn’t receive a statement for my payment terminal?

Monthly statements are always sent between the 2nd and 8th day of the following month to the email you provided in your request. We recommend checking your SPAM first. Statements are sent automatically from the address tim@nexigroup.com. If you still cannot find the statements, contact Dotypay Customer Support.

The customer pays with a credit card, what will he then see on his bank account?

The display of the branch name (according to the information provided in the request) is automatically preset for statements. If you wish to display other information (e.g. name of company/entrepreneur), contact Dotypay Customer Support.

I am temporarily not using the payment terminal (no transactions go through it). How and where do I pay the minimum monthly transaction fee?

You do not have to pay anything, the fee is deducted automatically from the first transaction value / or several transactions that will happen on the terminal as soon as you start using it again.
