If you own a terminal and wish to cancel payment services for any reason, you will need to complete a Cancellation of Payment Services.
Procedure
Contact Dotypay Support by email at podpora@dotypay.com or by calling 222 264 279. A support staff member will complete the Disclaimer of Payment Services with you and send it to the email of your choice. A signed scan needs to be emailed back.
