If you have rented a terminal and wish to terminate payment services for any reason, you will need to complete the Terminal Payment Services Termination and Rental Termination.
Procedure
1. Contact Dotypay Support by email at podpora@dotypay.com or by calling 222 264 279. A support staff member will complete both notices with you and send them to your chosen email.
2. Signed scans must be emailed to podpora@dotypay.com.
3. Send the payment terminal together with the adapter (preferably in the original box) by post to:
