You can request the activation of payment services for the selected company and establishment by filling out an application for the provision of payment services (and then uploading it to a secure storage together with other required documents).
List of requests
In the list of requests, you can click on 1 Upload documents for individual requests to open a window for uploading individual documents for the request (just upload the files to the individual boxes). You can download the selected application in 2 PDF. You can open and edit it by clicking 3 Edit or 4 Delete.

First, it is necessary to mark the company for which you wish to create an application and confirm your selection by clicking 1 Select.
