On the Dotypay portal, you can submit a request to change your details via the Request an edit function. Simply go to 1 Company Edit and select 2 Request an edit at the bottom left. The form fields for reporting the request will appear and you just need to fill them in.
3 Subject – You can select from the preset options – Address change, Contact details change, Bank info change and Other.
4 Request description – Used to specify the request, e.g. for which establishment/company you wish to change the address and what the new address will be or for which establishment you wish to change the account number and what the new IBAN will be.
5 Contact email – automatically pre-filled according to the email set for the main contact person for the company.
6 Contact phone – automatically pre-filled according to the phone number set by the main contact person for the company.
Once the form is filled out, simply select 7 Confirm edit request. Your request will be forwarded to customer support, where they will prepare the appropriate change form for you and email it to you with instructions for you to sign.
